Our Doctor

Dr. McLemore attended Auburn University before attending and graduating with high honors from the UAB School of Dentistry. After dental school Dr. McLemore wanted to continue training in order to provide the most advanced high quality dental care possible. He attended the Foundry Dental Center's Advanced Education program where he perfected his skills in the areas of dental implants, oral surgery, cosmetics, sedation dentistry, and prosthetics.

Dr. McLemore is excited to be back in his hometown of Montgomery with his wife, Helen, and their daughter, Annie. He is committed to providing the highest quality care by utilizing the latest technology and materials available in dentistry. Every patient is special to our practice and Dr. McLemore is excited about changing people’s lives and smiles in a kind and compassionate environment.

Dr. McLemore's goal is for every patient to know how much he cares by working together to help them achieve a happy and healthy smile for life. Each patient is important to Dr. McLemore and he treats them as if they were his own family.

Our entire staff has many combined years of experience in providing routine general dental dentistry such as cleanings, fillings, crowns, bridges, root canals, dentures, and partials, as well as state of the art dental implants which help our patients smile, speak and eat with secure, fixed teeth. 

Sherry has been practicing dental hygiene for over 20 years. She enjoys taking the time to speak with all her patients and forming friendships that for many make the trip to the dentist a much more positive experience. Sherry is a gifted hygienist and provides the highest quality care possible to all of her patients. Outside the office Sherry likes gardening and going to the gym. Sherry and her husband have 3 children that she very much enjoys spending time with. 

Tammi has been working in the dental field for over 31 years. She has worked as a dental assistant, Insurance and treatment coordinator, and is now our office manager. Tammi loves dentistry and takes pride in her work every day. She enjoys making our patients feel welcomed at the office and has made many close relationships with them over the years. Tammi loves that dentistry can have such a positive impact on someone's smile and is proud of the high quality care that we provide at McLemore Dentistry. Outside the office Tammi enjoys spending time with her husband Jamie. Between her and Jamie they have 5 children and 20 grandchildren. 

Lexi started dental assisting school in 2015 but decided that she wanted to pursue dental hygiene. She graduated in 2018 as a registered dental hygienist. When Lexi isn't providing routine cleanings she helps greet patients at the front desk and welcome them to the office. Lexi's passion for dentistry comes from providing quality care that ensures a lifetime of healthy smiles. Outside the office, Lexi enjoys spending time with her husband, Josh, and  daughter, Mckenna, exercising, and seeing her friends.

Madi Graduated from Brookwood Dental assisting school in 2019. Madi is a wonderful dental assistant and is also in charge of the lab at our office. Madi doesn't meet a stranger, and all of our patients love chatting with her when they come for their visits. One of Madi's favorite things about dentistry is helping patients regain their smile and confidence. In her free time, Madi enjoys playing with her two German shepherds and spending time in the outdoors with her husband, Kipp.

Pam attended Trenholm Technical College for dental assisting and then the University of Alabama at Birmingham to train as a hygienist. Pam has worked in the dental field for over 33 years. She is a calming presence in the office and loves helping people regain their smile and self confidence. Pam has three children, Andrew, Joanna, and Peter. In her free time, Pam enjoys family, gardening, and is very active in her church.
